Away & Missed-Visit Policy

Full months away

  • Full calendar months away can be paused free of charge — no clean is scheduled and you are not billed for that month.
  • You may pause up to twice per calendar year.

Missing a single visit

  • Missing a single visit within an otherwise active month (for example, being away on the day one of your two scheduled visits falls) is not automatically credited, refunded, or rescheduled.
  • We may reschedule at our discretion where it doesn't disrupt our route, but this isn't guaranteed.

Yearly reset

  • Pauses reset each calendar year and do not carry over.

Ganze Monate Abwesenheit

  • Ganze Kalendermonate der Abwesenheit können kostenlos pausiert werden — es wird keine Reinigung geplant und dieser Monat wird nicht berechnet.
